An example of visualization is the “change side, change sign” rule from the theory of equations. Picture two people standing at either side of a fence. One is happy and the other is sad. If one of them moves to the other side of the fence, then that person changes mood.
That is, if the person was happy, they became sad when changing sides. If the person was sad, they became happy when changing sides.
